2012

A Bold Beginning

Cold Bore Technology was founded with a clear mission: transform the way data is created, collected, and delivered - accurately, and in real time. From the start, we set out to challenge outdated workflows and solve the critical gaps holding the industry back.

2016

Unlocking Data at Scale

With the launch of our IntelliSONIC product, we generated massive volumes of data. But there was a problem: no simple way for users to consume or integrate it into their existing infrastructure. That challenge set the stage for our next breakthrough.

2018

The SmartPAD Release

We introduced the SmartPAD, a first-of-its-kind solution that unified the complex web of services and data on a completion site into a single, agnostic platform. For the first time, operators could access, integrate, and act on their data seamlessly.

2025

Where We Are Today

What began as a small, determined team has grown into a company partnering with leading operators across North America - and now expanding globally.

He has led start-ups from concept to exit and held CEO and CFO roles across private and public organizations. With expertise in strategic planning, finance, operations, M&A, and corporate growth, Blair combines entrepreneurial vision with disciplined execution to drive sustainable success.
