The Cold Bore SmartPAD Sales Representative’s main responsibility is to increase company sales revenue by effectively introducing Cold Bore Technology to as many oil and gas companies as possible in the US. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson in the completions space, who ideally has ample experience selling completions equipment or services for several years prior to joining Cold Bore Technology. The Sales Rep will have his or her own established book of clients that they can approach quickly and open doors in a short time span. They will also have deep understanding of the space both from a technology standpoint and an operations standpoint. We are looking for hunters and closers at this point, not account managers. This role’s focus is on the accounts and overall service management. Liaising with many departments, the SmartPAD Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that customers’ requirements are fulfilled while providing oversight and customer support throughout the process of contracts to being onsite. The successful candidate must possess strong skills in relationship building, as well as coordination and organization, and be comfortable with navigating company software and processes, as well as providing full service to the client. Cold Bore Technology uses a collaborative team environment, focusing on long-term relationships with key E&P companies in the USA. You are an experienced representative that is extensively networked in oil and gas cities, and because of this, there is equity opportunity with a very quickly growing technology company as well as salary plus commission. The culture of this company is that we do not limit the salespeople on commission, we hope they make more wages than the CEO. Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Representative will track down and secure their own specific set of accounts and be responsible for the following:
  • Work with the current sales team to build on top of current sales process and aggressively scale the business in the US, primarily in the Permian Basin. Do presentations in the US and speak at events when needed. (If comfortable)
  • Introduce Cold Bore to as many E&P companies as possible
    Uncover new revenue opportunities within current accounts based on an understanding of our sales strategies
  • Understand our product and service portfolio and leverage this knowledge to satisfy client needs proactively
  • Work collaboratively with our Sales team and Operations to ensure we are exceeding our clients’ requirements
  • Reporting and analytics as required
  • Provide ongoing feedback from clients to Sales leadership

Education/Experience:

  • Experience with utilizing a CRM System
  • Well networked in Houston/Dallas/OKC/Midland areas
  • Black book of current completions contacts highly valued
  • Experience in presenting demos to customers
  • Experience in not only inside sales but follow-through of service delivery
  • Preferred experience in longer sales cycles
  • 2-10 years Technical sales within fracking and completions
  • Proficiency with MS applications preferred (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

This is a salary plus commission position.
