The Completions Platform Sales Representative’s main responsibility is to increase company sales revenue by effectively managing existing relationships while adding value within an assigned client portfolio. This role’s focus is on the accounts and overall service management. Liaising with many departments, the Completions Platform Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that the customers’ requirements are fulfilled while providing oversight and customer support throughout the process, from contracts to being onsite and continued support. The successful candidate must be strong in relationship building skills as well as coordination and organization. Must effectively become comfortable with navigating company software and processes, as well as providing full service to the client. Cold Bore Technology uses a collaborative team environment, focusing on long-term relationships with key E & P companies in the United States. Completions / Frac sales experience is a requirement.


The Sales Representative will own a specific set of accounts and be responsible for the following:

Develop, implement and maintain sales strategy for our client groups
Monitor our product performance throughout the budget year and adjust direction, focus and sales initiatives as needed to effectively deliver and add value to our clients
Uncover new revenue opportunities within current accounts based on an understanding of our sales strategies
Understand our product and service portfolio and leverage this knowledge to satisfy client needs proactively
Work collaboratively with our Sales team and Operations to ensure we are exceeding our client’s requirements
Reporting and analytics as required
Provide ongoing feedback from clients to Sales leadership


Engineering Bachelor’s Degree ideal
Experience with utilizing a CRM System
Experience in presenting demo’s to customers
Experience in not only inside sales but follow through of service delivery
Preferred experience in longer sales cycles
1-2 years Technical sales within fracking and completions
Proficiency with MS applications required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)


Must be flexible with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders Motivated, self-starter with a hands-on approach to sales
Willingness to learn
Willing to Travel
Positive attitude and an ambition to succeed in a sales environment
