The Cold Bore SmartPAD Sales Representative’s main responsibility is to increase company sales revenue by effectively introducing Cold Bore Technology to as many oil and gas companies as possible in the US. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson in the completions space, who ideally has ample experience selling completions equipment or services for several years prior to joining Cold Bore Technology. The Sales Rep will have his or her own established book of clients that they can approach quickly and open doors in a short time span. They will also have deep understanding of the space both from a technology standpoint and an operations standpoint. We are looking for hunters and closers at this point, not account managers. This role’s focus is on the accounts and overall service management. Liaising with many departments, the SmartPAD Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring that customers’ requirements are fulfilled while providing oversight and customer support throughout the process of contracts to being onsite. The successful candidate must possess strong skills in relationship building, as well as coordination and organization, and be comfortable with navigating company software and processes, as well as providing full service to the client. Cold Bore Technology uses a collaborative team environment, focusing on long-term relationships with key E&P companies in the USA. You are an experienced representative that is extensively networked in oil and gas cities, and because of this, there is equity opportunity with a very quickly growing technology company as well as salary plus commission.
