Role Description:

Cold Bore Technology is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales team in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team and ensuring the Sales Representatives have all the resources they need to promote the continued growth of the business. Working in a fast-paced team environment, this role requires a self-motivated individual with a high degree of collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Help coordinate resources and information for high-quality sales presentations in support of the Marketing team.
  • Ensuring the inventory of sales presentation materials are up to date.
  • Support the Sales team in executing requests from clients and keeping up with ever-changing demands.
  • Inputting and organizing information required to execute the SmartPAD™ deployment, ensuring the information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Helping make the organizations products and services as attractive as possible to potential customers.
  • Help coordinate the schedules and tasks of the different members of the Sales team.
  • Coordinate Sales programs and act as a liaison between Sales and other departments, as required.
  • Perform basic clerical and statistical reporting for the Sales team.
  • Take part in client video calls and interactions while maintaining professionalism.
  • Travel for work as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working with at least two of the following programs: Lucidchart, productboard, and Monday.com.
  • Experience working with CRM software is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Dedicated remote workspace, and the ability to work remotely.
  • Personal vehicle for work-related travel, including a valid drivers license.
  • Always presents themselves in a professional and courteous manner, as a representative of Cold Bore.
  • Strong relationship building skills, including coordination and organization.
  • Detail-oriented and task-driven individual.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude and motivation to collaborate and succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Must be flexible with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a rockstar team. Attitude is everything!
