Report a Concern — Cold Bore Technology

Whatever you've seen, you can tell us here — in confidence, or without giving your name.

Ethics & Integrity

Speak up. We'll take it seriously.

Cold Bore Technology is committed to operating with integrity and protecting the trust our customers place in us. If you become aware of misconduct, a safety concern, or a risk to the security of our systems or customer data, we want to know. Anyone can raise a concern here — anonymously if they prefer. Reports made in good faith are protected, and retaliation against anyone who speaks up is not tolerated.

What To Report

Concerns worth raising

Use this channel for anything that could harm people, the business, our customers, or the integrity of our work. If you’re unsure whether something belongs here, report it anyway — we’d rather hear it.

This channel isn’t for routine customer support or standard HR matters, which have their own dedicated paths.

Who Can Report

Open to everyone we work with

Employees, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and members of the public are all welcome to raise a concern. You don’t need proof — a genuine, good-faith belief that something isn’t right is enough.

Your Protection

Confidentiality & Anonymity

You can submit without giving your name. If you do identify yourself, we’ll protect your identity to the fullest extent the law and any resulting investigation allow, and share it only with those who genuinely need it to look into the matter.

What happens next

How we handle your report

All submissions through this channel will be reviewed and assessed to determine the appropriate course of action. This represents the highest level of escalation within the organization and will be handled promptly, confidentially, and with appropriate follow-up.

How to report

Through the form below

Every concern comes in through the secure form below — it’s the single channel we monitor, so nothing gets lost across inboxes and each submission reaches the same small, designated review team. Scroll down to begin, and choose whether to include your details or stay anonymous.
